천상의 메세지
This morning, I continued to see visions of sunlight breaking through clouds of darkness. As I silently watched this series of visions, I heard the Lord say, “You are on the threshold of a great awakening! The church has been under a spirit of stupor for a long time, and now it is time to awaken!” I immediately thought of Paul’s words in Romans 11:7-8, “What then? Israel has not obtained what it seeks; but the elect have obtained it, and the rest were blinded. Just as it is written: ‘God has given them a spirit of stupor, eyes that they should not see and ears that they should not hear, to this very day.’” Then I heard the Lord say, “Awaken and clear the fog from your eyes! Awaken and clear the cloudy thinking! Awaken and see what I am about to do!”
어제에 이어 오늘 아침에도 먹구름을 뚫고 나오는 햇빛에 관한 환상을 보게 되었다. 이 연속적인 환상을 조용히 바라보는데, 주께서, “너에게 대각성이 일어나고 있다! 교회가 오랫동안 인사불성 상태에 놓여있었지만 이제는 깨어날 때가 되었다!”고 말씀하셨다. 나는 즉시 로마서 11:7-8에 나오는 바울의 말씀을 생각했다.

그 때 다시 주께서, “일어나서 네 시야를 뿌옇게 가리고 있는 김을 닦아내라! 혼미한 심령을 깨워라! 일어나서 내가 막 시작하려는 일을 지켜 보라!”고 말씀하셨다.
The Holy Spirit reminded me of the scriptures which call for us to wake up. In my mind, I wondered how many times the Lord has to say something before we listen with our spiritual ears and truly hear what the Lord is trying to say. Three scriptures stood out in my reflection this morning.
성령께서 우리를 깨우신다는 내용의 성경 말씀을 기억나게 하셨다. 내 마음 속에, 주께서 대체 몇번을 말씀하셔야 우리가 영적인 귀를 열고 주님의 말씀을 잘 듣게 될까하는 의문이 일어났다. 이와 관련해서 세가지 성경 말씀이 생각났다.
Romans 13:11-12, “And do this, understanding the present time. The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light.”

Ephesians 5:14-16, “Therefore He says: ‘Awake, you who sleep, arise from the dead, and Christ will give you light.” See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.”

Revelation 3:2-3, “Wake up! Strengthen what remains and is about to die, for I have not found your deeds complete in the sight of my God. Remember, therefore, what you have received and heard; obey it, and repent. But if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what time I will come to you.”

그러므로 네가 어떻게 받았으며 어떻게 들었는지 생각하고 지키어 회개하라 만일 일깨지 아니하면 내가 도적같이 이르리니 어느 시에 네게 임할는지 네가 알지 못하리라 |
The message continually points to the need to understand the times, to remain awake and alert!, and to know with certainty that the Lord has a plan which is even now unfolding before our eyes. There are consequences to remaining asleep. And, this is not hidden from the elect. Sleep is often a method of denial. The church has often slept to avoid thinking about God’s absolute truth, and in denial of a coming day of judgment. The Lord spoke through Joel and called the faithful, the mighty, and the warriors to wake up and be prepared.
위에 나온 말씀 세구절 모두 지금 우리 눈앞에서 펼쳐지고 있는 주님의 계획을 알기 위해서는 깨어서 근신해야 하며 때를 이해해야 한다고 강조하고 있다. 깨어있는 자에게 주어지는 보상이 있다. 택함 받은 자들은 모든 것을 알게 된다. 우리는 현실을 부인하는 도구로 잠을 이용하기도 한다. 교회는 하나님의 절대적인 진리를 부인하거나 다가오는 심판을 피하기 위해 자주 잠을 청하고는 했다. 주님은 선지자 요엘을 통하여 아래와 같이 말씀하시며 충성된 성도와 능력의 성도와 용사들에게 일어나서 출전 준비를 하라고 깨우고 계신다.
Joel 3:9-12, “Proclaim this among the nations: ‘Prepare for war! Wake up the mighty men, Let all the men of war draw near, Let them come up. Beat your plowshares into swords and your pruning hooks into spears; Let the weak say, ‘I am strong.’” Assemble and come, all you nations, and gather together all around. Cause Your mighty ones to go down there, O Lord. “Let the nations be wakened, and come up to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; for there I will sit to judge all the surrounding nations.”

너희는 열국에 이렇게 광포할지어다 너희는 전쟁을 준비하고 용사를 격려하고 무사로 다 가까이 나아와서 올라오게 할지어다 |

너희는 보습을 쳐서 칼을 만들지어다 낫을 쳐서 창을 만들지어다 약한 자도 이르기를 나는 강하다 할지어다 |

사면의 열국아 너희는 속히 와서 모일지어다 여호와여 주의 용사들로 그리로 내려오게 하옵소서 |

열국은 동하여 여호사밧 골짜기로 올라올지어다 내가 거기 앉아서 사면의 열국을 다 심판하리로다 |
The penalty for warriors who go to sleep on guard duty is severe. It is time to wake up and stay awake. We are on the threshold of a great awakening, and it is time to bind up the spirit of stupor. It is time to clear our heads, and wipe the sleep out of our eyes. We are called more than ever to redeem the time because we are living in days of great evil.
근무 중 잠에 빠진 용사들이 받는 형벌은 엄중하다. 지금은 깨어 있어야할 때가 되었다. 우리는 대각성의 때를 맞고있으며 예수님의 이름으로 인사불성의 영을 파쇄해야 한다. 우리 머리를 맑게하고 졸린 눈을 크게 떠야한다. 지금은 사단이 최후의 발악을 하고 있기 때문에 그 어느때 보다도 시간을 구속해야 한다.
But, now the day is dawning. The light of God’s righteousness is shining on the darkness of our world. May we be ready and waiting so that we do not miss a moment of His light. May we understand the times and know what God’s people should do! When the Lord called on Peter, James, and John to stay awake and pray, they fell asleep three times. What will we do? Lord, help us to wake up and stay awake for you! Amen!
하지만 날이 밝아오고 있다. 하나님의 의로운 빛이 우리가 사는 세상의 어둠을 비추고 있다. 우리는 하나님께서 환한 빛을 비추시는 영광스런 장면을 놓치지않기 위해 준비하며 기다려야 한다. 우리는 하나님의 백성으로서 때와 행할 바를 알고 있어야만 한다! 주께서 베드로와 야고보와 요한을 불러서 깨어서 기도하라고 하셨지만 그들은 세번 모두 잠에 빠졌다. 우리는 어떤가? 주님, 우리가 주님을 위해 깨어서 기도하게 도와주세요! 아멘!
